Calgary Board of Education has added the following forms to the on-line Portal School Engage.  Please see the links below to create an account and complete the required forms for your student.

• Volunteer Registration 2024-2025

• Annual Authorization for Athletic Tryout
• Student Health Emergency Response Protocol Form
• Student Health Plan

Please only complete if they apply to your student.

We are encouraging all families to complete forms online or print and complete at home; however, hard copies will be available in the Main Office.
