Diploma and Non-Diploma Exam Rules
Students, please arrive 15 minutes early for your exams to allow ample time for supervisors to seat all students.
Those rules apply for both diploma and non-diploma exams.
- Students may not enter or leave the diploma exam writing room without the consent of the supervisor.
- All students must have photo identification (student ID card, driver’s license, passport, etc.)
- Please ensure that students do not bring any electronic device to the exam. Students found with an electronic device on their person are at risk of having their exam invalidated and receiving a zero for a violation of this rule.
Electronic devices include, but are not limited to:
- Cell Phones
- Smart Watches
- iPods
- Digital Audio Players
- Electronic Organizers
- Hand-held electronic dictionaries
- Any other portable electronic device
NO WATCHES OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED AT DESKS. Supervisors will inform students of how much time they have remaining in their exams.
Other items that are not permitted at student desks include:
- Purses
- Bookbags and Backpacks
- Coats
- Hats
- Books or notes
