Grade 10 IB Orientation Day

On Friday, September 15, our grade 12 IB students welcomed the incoming grade 10’s with a day of information, activities and team building. The morning started with a healthy breakfast and presentations from our experienced IB students. Throughout the day students had many opportunities to build friendships, have all their IB questions answered and start their 3 year IB journey.

Welcome Grade 10’s!

Biology 20IB Field Trip to Nosehill Park

54 of our IB Biology students hiked from Diefenbaker to Nosehill Park. While at the park, they took part in an ecological study and learned a little about how “the big rock” was left in the middle of the park by a glacier. It was a windy, chilly day but very rewarding to have access to this park right in our backyard.

Sports Update | Team and Club Event information.

All members of clubs and teams should have received a paper copy of their practice and game schedules. All teams have access to Team Snap as the communication tool between coaches and players. Coaches may also include games with locations and practice schedules through Team Snap. Please also remind your athlete or club member to not add any personal information such as phone numbers to their Team Snap profile. Parents will not have access to Team Snap. If you need information regarding practice or schedules, please work with your child to know when events are happening.

Home Game Viewing

Individual schools determine the audience for Home Games. At Diefenbaker, we have decided that only current Diefenbaker students, current Diefenbaker families and visiting school students and player families are welcome to view Home Games at Diefenbaker. All students from Diefenbaker or the visiting school must provide valid school ID to enter games. At this time, Alumni or those with no school ID will not be allowed to view home games.
